Our Project Process
1- Client emails through a design brief
(rough dimensions, sketch or inspirational images)
​
2- We reply with a quotation. Typically replying within 1-3 days
​
3- Client gives go ahead and advises the preferred options from quotation. Order confirmation & deposit invoice sent.
​
4- Following deposit receipt, we produce a set of 3-D shop drawings and forward through for approval.
Any site consults/phone calls/zoom meetings are booked in as the design is perfected. Can make as many adjustments on drawings as desired

5- Once drawings approved, materials are ordered and fabrication is scheduled in. Lead time advised
​
6- Updates and job completion pictures communicated via email throughout
